Do you ship internationally? Because of the nature of most of our products we do not ship very many of our items outside of the United States. If an item is in a position to be shipped internationally then it is going to allow you to make a choice the country. If it does not allow you to make a choice your country then we do not offer that product outside of the United States. What happens after I have paid for my item? You're going to be sent an email confirmation notifying you of the purchase. We have a 2 day handling time for our ads. Your item will ship by the following business day. We aren't open on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed first thing Monday morning and will ship out Monday afternoon. You're going to be sent an email notifying you of the tracking information. Most orders within the United States usually arrive within 3-6 business days after it has been shipped. We aren't responsible for any delays once the shipping carrier has received the order. Do I have to pay sales tax? We are located in Stuart Florida. We ONLY charge sales tax to our Florida buyers. Returns
Returns Items should be returned within 30 days of purchase. Monies will be refunded to the buyer's Paypal account. Return shipping to be paid by the buyer. We offer a no hassle return policy but we ask that the item be shipped back in original packaging and we do charge a 15% restocking charge. If the item is defective or we made a mistake There is not any charge. Please contact us prior to sending your order back so we are aware of your plans. We ask that all returns include a copy of the sales invoice and that the eBay item number is written on the outside of the package.
