Most of the products shipped within the contiguous U.S. are delivered via UPS Ground® Services.

Orders shipped via UPS Ground® typically take from 1-5 business days to arrive from the time the package leaves our facility. Please allow 3 days for handling and see the map below for estimated transit times:

Our return policy is simple...
If you aren't pleased with your merchandise for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. Items that are used, not in original packaging or another way not in new, sellable condition cannot be returned without prior authorization from a Crosman Customer Service representative. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of fifteen (15%) percent and Shipping & Handling charges cannot be refunded.
The Checklist
Your purchase will include instructions on how to return the item. They include:
1. Pack all items being returned securely in the original package if imaginable.
2. Fill out and include a copy of the form included with your purchase (keep a copy for your records)
3. Return the usage of the enclosed prepaid UPS Return Label. Returns sent another way aren't the responsibility of Crosman.
4. Please allow two weeks to process refunds and replacements.
