1986 Schwinn Super Sport made in USA with Columbus Tenax tubing

Maybe the most efficient year vintage for the Super Sport; it was once made in Schwinn’s Greenville, Mississippi plant of imported Columbus Tenax tubing.  Production of the model moved in a foreign country the next model year.  These bikes had full Shimano 600 groupsets.  I overhauled this one and laced on some Mavic MA40 rims (they’re matching in each and every way apart from one has the red decal and one the green).  The bars don’t seem to be original, these are slightly more ergo-style.  Cinelli gell-padded cotton bar tape, Nago “Evo” saddle, and MKS “Sylvan” quill pedals and toe-clips.  New chain, cables, tires, tubes, and the like.  Frame size is 58cm and is in great shape; no dents, bends, or cracks.  Paint is in good shape apart from some has peeled off of the chromed portions of the fork lowers and rear stays/dropouts; please review pics carefully.  Bike handles well and is a pleasure to ride.
